La Fornace di Mastro Giorgio, Gubbio
If you wish to be waited on like a king then La Fornace di Mastro Giorgio is the place to be. Situated in the heart of Gubbio, defined as the most beautiful medieval city of Europe, La Fornace di Mastro Giorgio is named after the ceramics painted by the famous Mastro Giorgio that decorate this fine 14th century brick factory.
The building has a beautiful original stone-and-wood structure that is perfectly intact, while the cuisine and the service is impeccable. With seasonal changes, the menu includes traditional but creative fare: gnochetti al finocchio selvatico (potato dumplings with wild fennel), agnolotti al tartufo nero (ravioli-type pasta with black truffles), and filetto alle prugne (filet mignon with prune sauce). There is also an adjacent wine bar with over 500 wines on the wine list, and is also convenient for quick snacks.

Claridge's, London
Claridge’s is an Art Deco landmark in the heart of Mayfair, more popular than ever with well-heeled travellers of all ages. Claridge’s Bar, a local institution, serves a range of Champagnes; the Reading Room provides light meals; there is formal dining in the three-Michelin-starred Gordon Ramsey at Claridge’s, under the direction of chef Mark Sargeant.
Other facilities include a florist, hair salon and spa treatment rooms.
Of the 203 individually decorated bedrooms and suites, about half are in 1930s style; others have Victorian-inspired décor. A showcase for classic British design, the hotel most recently commissioned furniture and design company Linley to revamp two suites.

Ristorante Del Cambio, Turin
This restaurant is where elegance and beauty meet for dinner. Always full of prominent personalities and Turinese gourmets the restaurant’s menu and its wine cellar will not disappoint. Its velvets, its silver, its decorations, the style of the service all add to the sensational sense of occasion one gets whilst dining here. It is the closest you will ever get to dining in a museum.
Set in a palace dating from 1757, this is one of Europe's most beautiful and historic restaurants, with decorative moldings, mirrors, and hanging lamps that look just as they did when Italian national hero Cavour dined here more than a century ago. The cuisine draws heavily on Piedmontese tradition and is paired with fine wines of the region.
