Tenerife

Overview

Tenerife is an island of immense natural beauty that lends itself perfectly for a natural/active holiday. There are incredible opportunities to immerse oneself in nature from climbing to the top of Spains highest mountain to whale watching or swimming with dolphins , the island is full of exclusive experiences.

Tenerife began its rise to fame when a volcanic eruption razed Garachico to the ground in 1706. It later became the major tourist centre in the islands when the British began to visit and convalesce at the end of the 19th century.
